       Disposal of Rosie One Limited, Towerfocus Limited
           and Ropespring Limited ('the Companies')



Claims Direct is pleased to announce the disposal of Rosie One
Limited,  Towerfocus  Limited  and  Ropespring  Limited.   The
Companies  are non trading subsidiaries of Claims Direct,  and
have  been  sold for the consideration of £2.9  million  after
costs.  Payment will be made in agreed instalments during  the
course  of  the  next  30 days.  The net asset  value  of  the
Companies  at the date of sale was zero.  Claims  Direct  will
use the proceeds from the sale for working capital.

Ronnie Henderson, Chief Executive of Claims Direct, commented:

'Although  we  are  delighted to  complete  the  sale  of  the
Companies,  Claims  Direct  still requires  further  funds  to
