('CLA' or the 'Company')

HOLDING(S) IN COMPANY

The Company announces that it has today been informed by Avation PLC ('AVAP') that, on 5 March 2014, AVAP purchased 1,700,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 15.25p.

Following completion of the transaction AVAP holds 62,462,112 ordinary shares in the Company representing 64.46 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
