UK VIDEOCAST OF AGM

CLA, the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company, announces that its Annual General Meeting, called for 11.00 am on 15 January 2015, will be videocast to the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys at 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3LX.

UK based shareholders who are unable to attend the meeting in Singapore are therefore invited to attend and participate in the meeting at the above address. Shareholders should nonetheless complete and return proxy forms to ensure their votes are properly cast on the day.
