Mr Eric Riley, a director of Celtic plc (the "Company"), notified the Company on 7 September 2011 that on 31 August 2011 he acquired 403 new Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each under the Company's scrip dividend reinvestment scheme at a notional price of 40.15 pence per share. Mr Riley's total holding of Ordinary Shares increases to 77,328 shares, representing 0.08% of the class.
