AGM Statement

At Cenkos Securities plc's Annual General Meeting, held this morning, the
Chairman of Cenkos, John Hodson, made the following statement:

'The Company has made a good start to the current year and trading is in line
with our expectations. The teams which joined us at the end of last year are now
fully operational and making a valuable contribution to the group. We have also
continued to make additional hiring across the business in order to strengthen
all our teams.

The corporate pipeline remains encouraging and since the year end we have added
a number of new corporate clients. We are equally pleased to report that
commission income from our institutional clients continues to grow.

We look forward to the continued support of our staff, clients and shareholders
in what we believe will be a year of continued growth and maximisation of
shareholder returns.'
