Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Jim Durkin, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, and Paul Hodges, an Executive Director of the Company, have each purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 165 pence per Ordinary Share today.

As a result, Jim Durkin is now interested in 4,883,663 Ordinary Shares (previously 4,833,663 Ordinary Shares), representing 8.61% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Paul Hodges is now interested in 5,024,770 Ordinary Shares (previously 4,974,770 Ordinary Shares), representing 8.86% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
