Board Changes

On 25 February 2010 the Company announced that John Hodson would be stepping down as Chairman and as a Director of the Company on the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company and that Peter Sullivan a Non-Executive Director of the Company would be appointed as Chairman of the Company.

The Company now announces that following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company which took place today, John Hodson stood down as Chairman and also resigned as a Director of the Company. Peter Sullivan was appointed to the position of Chairman with immediate effect.
