Cenkos is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicholas Wells, Head of Corporate Finance to the board of directors of the Company as an executive director with immediate effect.    The appointment is subject to FCA approval.

Nick joined the group as Head of Corporate Finance in May 2005. He has over 25 years' experience of investment banking. Prior to joining the group, he was, for five years, Global Head of M&A at WestLB.  Nick is also a Chartered Accountant and  qualified in 1979.

Further details in respect of Nicholas Wells, as required pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, are as set out below.

In addition to his appointment as a director of the Company, Nicholas Weston Wells, aged 61, is currently a director, or has been a director, of the following companies in the last five years.

Mr. Wells is interested in a total of 2,320,597 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), including 908,440 Ordinary Shares held by his wife and 4,081 Ordinary Shares held under the Company's HMRC Approved Share Incentive Plan. Mr. Wells' total interest in Ordinary Shares represents 3.88 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company is required to make the following statement: In July 1989, Mr. Wells was criticised in a Department of Trade and Industry report into County Natwest Limited's activities regarding a Blue Arrow plc rights issue. Mr. Wells was acquitted of all charges in a subsequent criminal prosecution.
