Notifiable Interest


The Company has today been advised that following the exercise of an option
granted by NewSmith Capital Partners LLP over shares it held in the Company, the
following options have been exercised at an option price of 137 pence per
Ordinary share: James Durkin (a Director of the Company) 1,875,000 Ordinary
shares, Paul Hodges 1,875,000 Ordinary shares and Nicholas Wells 1,000,000
Ordinary shares.

Following the exercise of these options:

James Durkin (a Director of the Company) is deemed to have a beneficial interest
in 5,625,000 Ordinary shares, representing 7.75% of the Company's current issued
share capital;

Paul Hodges is deemed to have a beneficial interest in 5,625,000 Ordinary
shares, representing 7.75% of the Company's current issued share capital; and

Nicholas Wells is deemed to have a beneficial interest in 2,500,000 Ordinary
shares, representing 3.44% of the Company's current issued share capital.

NewSmith Capital Partners LLP has ceased to have a notifiable interest in the
Company.

The issued share capital of the Company consists of 72,593,670 shares and
consists of 51,779,370 Ordinary shares of 1 penny each which are admitted to
trading on AIM, and 20,814,300 B shares of 1 penny each which are not admitted
to trading on AIM. All shares have equal voting rights.
