Cenkos Securities plc (the 'Company')
Issue of Equity
Application has today been made for 2,130,000 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each in
the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM, pursuant to the
conversion of 2,130,000 B shares of 1 pence each to Ordinary shares of 1 pence
each.
It is expected that dealings in these new Ordinary shares, which will rank pari
passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary share capital of the
Company will commence on 26 September 2007.
For the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following conversion of
the B shares above the Company will have 72,593,670 shares in issue, comprising
53,909,370 Ordinary shares of 1 pence each which are admitted to trading on AIM,
and 18,684,300 B shares of 1 pence each which are not admitted to trading on
AIM. All shares have equal voting rights.
