DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING

Black Cat Holdings Pty Ltd, a company 50% owned by Mr Colin Cowden, a director of the Company, today exercised 500,000 unquoted employee options. As a result, 500,000 ordinary shares have today been issued and allotted at an exercise price of A$0.4355 per share.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence on 1 December 2008.

The total number of Ordinary Shares on issue following this issue is 879,519,163.

Following this transaction, Mr Cowden's holdings in the share capital of the Company are as follows:-

The total Ordinary Shares in which Mr Colin Cowden has a beneficial interest is 1,203,626 representing 0.14 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
