Centamin Egypt Limited today received notification via Form 604 (Notice of change of substantial holder) of a change in the holdings of the Company's ordinary shares on behalf of Paulson & Co. Inc., through the acquisition of ordinary shares under the Canadian Short Form Prospectus dated 02 February 2009.
