                       Results of Annual General Meeting

The Board of Centamin wishes to advise that the outcomes of each resolution put
to the Company's members at the Annual General Meeting held on 25 November 2004
are set out below along with information required by section 251AA of the
Australian Corporations Act.

Ordinary resolution 2.1

This resolution was passed without amendment by a show of hands. Proxy votes
were as follows:
