Director's Dealings Notification

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4, on 10 July 2008 the Company was notified that Mr. G.V. Sherren, the Chairman of Centaur Media Plc had on that day purchased 100,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each. All the shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange for GBP 0.60 per share. 

As a result of this transaction Mr G.V. Sherren is now interested in 8,614,309 Ordinary shares of 10p each in the company representing 6.038% of the issued share capital.
