Notification of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities interests in
ordinary shares of 10 pence each pursuant to Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(b)
The Company was notified by the trustee of the Centaur Employees' Benefit Trust
(the "Trust"), Bailhache Labesse Trustees Limited, that on 13 July the trustee
of the Trust acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Centaur Media
plc at 112.5 pence per share. The total number of ordinary shares in Centaur
Media plc held by the trustee of the Trust equals 50,000 representing 0.033% of
the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The shares were acquired by
the trustees to satisfy awards granted under the Centaur Long Term Incentive
Plan 2006 on 13 June 2006 and any future awards granted under the LTIP or any
other employees' share scheme established by the Company from time to time.
Geoffrey TD Wilmot, being a Director, is as potential beneficiary of the Trust
and so is deemed to have an interest, along with other employees of the
Company's group, in the 50,000 shares held by the Trust.
