The following announcement replaces RNS announcement 7840J of 11:52 on 2 October
2006 entitled "Blocklisting application". The announcement should have been
entitled "Exercise of Options" and read as follows:

                              Exercise of Options

The Company announces that it has made application to the London Stock Exchange
and the UK Listing Authority for 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each to be 
admitted to trading and to the Official List. The shares were issued as a result
of the exercise of options.

The admission of the above shares is expected to be effective on 5 October 2006.

The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued 
ordinary share capital of the company.
