NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 5 December 2018.  The meeting will be held at the offices of Ceres Power, Viking House, Foundry Lane, Horsham, West Sussex RH13 5PX, commencing at 3pm. 

Ceres Power announced results for the year ended 30 June 2018 on 9 October 2018 and it confirms that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2018, and the Notice of AGM, have been sent to shareholders. These documents are available to view on the Company's website at http://www.cerespower.com.
