Application has been made for in aggregate 21,090,241 Ordinary Shares of
nominal value Euro0.025 each in the capital of Celtic Resources to be admitted
to dealing on the Exploration Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.
Of these Ordinary Shares, 12,157,478 have been allotted pursuant to a placing
announced on 14 June 2001, 4,203,000 have been allotted to employees and
offices of the Company and the balance of 4,729,763 have been allotted
following the exercise of warrants. Each of these allotments utilise specific
authority sought and received at the Annual General meeting of the Company on
23 July, 2001.
