Application has been made for 1,200,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value IR2p
each in the capital of Celtic Resources to be admitted to dealing on the
Exploration Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. These Ordinary
Shares were issued as consideration for the previously announced and completed
acquisition of the mining and exploration assets in Kazakhstan of Goldbelt
Resources and Goldbelt International.
