Cerillion recognised as a Visionary
for third consecutive time in Gartner's Magic Quadrant report
Cerillion, the billing, charging and customer relationship management software solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it has been recognised as a Visionary for the third consecutive time in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Integrated Revenue and Customer Management (IRCM) for CSPs*.
This is the fifth successive time that the Company has been positioned in this annual report. Cerillion believes its inclusion in the "Visionaries" quadrant for the third consecutive time reflects the Company's status as one of the leading Business Support System/Operations Support System ("BSS/OSS") providers in the industry.
This year's Magic Quadrant report assesses 18 vendors in the IRCM market, with each vendor evaluated for its "completeness of vision" and "ability to execute", including company strategy and customer references. Customers of both Cerillion's BSS/OSS product suite, Cerillion Enterprise, and its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription and billing management platform, Cerillion Skyline, were surveyed by Gartner for this report.
