The Company was notified on 5th July 2007 that Deutsche Bank AG and its 
subsidiary companies hold 7,329,775 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources which 
represents 13.13 per cent. of its total issued ordinary share capital.


Deutsche Bank AG London Branch now holds 4,809,541 shares and 2,520,234 shares
are held by other Deutsche Bank group companies as part of their customer
portfolios, as follows:
