                            Significant Shareholding

The Company was notified on 5 September 2006 by Aton International Limited of 
holdings of one of its custodian accounts.

Pursuant to the disposal of 50,000 ordinary shares, Starberry Limited, was the 
beneficial owner of 3,286,512 ordinary shares in Celtic Resources, representing 
approximately 6.99 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital of the 
Company.

Further to this notification the Company was informed on 6 September 2006 by 
Aton International Limited that following a purchase of ordinary shares, 
Starberry Limited, was the beneficial owner of 3,339,512 ordinary shares in 
Celtic Resources, representing approximately 7.10 per cent. of the total issued 
ordinary share capital of the Company.
