In accordance with Rule 2.10 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Celtic
Resources confirms that it has following relevant securities in issue;
•47,012,958 ordinary shares of €0.25 each traded under ISIN IE0031880887;
•9,584 unlisted warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of
£1.10 per share
•542,735 unlisted warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of
€1.625 per share
•300,00 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of £1.563 per
share
•12,187 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of £2.00 per
share
•2,766,143 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of $7.562
per share; and
•2,841,910 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares at a price of £2.50
per share
