Director's shareholding

BPC, the oil and gas exploration company with licences in The Bahamas, announces that yesterday it was notified by Alan Burns, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, that his holding of 44,820,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the Company was transferred yesterday, at nil cost, to Burns Family Investments Limited, a family company of Mr Burns registered in the Isle of Man, which will hold them directly.  This holding represents 5.21 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company, of which Mr Burns will remain the beneficial holder and who has confirmed that he has no current intention of selling his holding or portion thereof.
