Director's Dealing

The Company has been informed that Edward Shallcross, Non-Executive Director of the Company, today acquired 120,000 ordinary shares of 0.002 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 22.18 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Acquisition").

Following the Acquisition, Mr. Shallcross is now interested in 120,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
