Interim Results Extension
Challenger Energy (AIM: CEG), the Caribbean and Atlantic margin focused oil and gas company, with production, appraisal, development, and exploration assets across the region, advises that it will publish its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2021, no later than 31 October 2021.
As announced by the guidance issued of AIM Regulation in the Inside AIM notification dated 9 June 2020 and reconfirmed on 27 January 2021, the Company is utilising the one-month extension to the date by which it is required to publish its interim accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2020 under AIM Rule 18. This extension is due to the continued disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Further to the announcement of 7 June 2021, the Company will announce its audited annual results for the year to 31 December 2020 by the end of this month.
