Bahamas Petroleum announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP on Wednesday 3^rd July 2013 at 10am.  A Notice of AGM and the Annual Report have today been sent to shareholders, copies of which can be viewed at the Company's website www.bpcplc.com.

The Company will also be hosting a presentation for shareholders at 11am on Thursday 4^th July 2013 at the offices of FTI Consulting, 26 Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1PB.  If shareholders would like to attend, please confirm with Stephanie Power at FTI Consulting on [phone].
