Re-domicile to Isle of Man

Result of Court Hearing

The board of BPC announces that, further to the Company's announcements of 26 April 2010 and 21 May 2010, the proposal to re-domicile the group's holding company from the Falklands Islands to the Isle of Man by way of a Scheme of Arrangement (the "Scheme") was heard by the Supreme Court of the Falklands Islands before the Chief Justice on 11 June 2010.

The Court ordered that the terms of the Scheme, as more particularly set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 26 April 2010 (the "Circular"), be implemented.  Accordingly, the last day of trading of BPC Limited shares is expected to be on 15 June 2010 and the new BPC Plc shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 16 June 2010.

Capitalised terms in this announcement carry the same meaning as ascribed to them in the Circular.
