AGM STATEMENT

At today's AGM, Tom Brown, Chairman of Chamberlin & Hill plc made the following
comment:

'Trading in the first 3 months of this financial year has been in line with
expectations.  We anticipate that this will continue for the foreseeable 
future.'

The board of Chamberlin & Hill plc is also pleased to announce that all
resolutions set out in the notice of AGM dated 9 June 2005 were duly passed by
shareholders.
