Director's dealings
Significant Shareholding
Elektron, the AIM quoted components group, was informed today that Keith Daley,
a director of the Company purchased 100,000 ordinary shares (the 'Shares') at a
price of 14p in two transactions of 50,000 dated 9 and 10 August 2005.
Following this above purchases, the holdings attributable to the interests of
Keith Daley are 2,460,000 Shares (3.1% of the issued share capital of the
company) held as follows:
Personal Holding: 1,100,000 Shares
Specialist Holdings Limited Pension Plan 3: 1,350,000 Shares
Specialist Holdings Limited (a company wholly owned by Keith Daley) : 10,000
Shares
Following the issue of new odinary shares for the acquisition of Riveroak
Limited and the subsequent consolidation and sub-division of the ordinary
shares, the Company announces that it was informed on 10 August 2005 that the
holding by Bulgin Trusts is now 6,303,943 ordinary shares, representing 7.94% of
the Company's issued share capital.
