Director's dealing
Elektron, the AIM quoted components group, was informed today that Specialist
Holdings Limited (a company wholly owned by Keith Daley, a director of the
Company) purchased a total of 140,000 ordinary shares (the 'Shares') at a price
of 15.75p in 3 transactions of 70,000, 25,000 and 45,000 on 10,13 and 14 August
2007 respectively.
Following the above purchases, the holdings attributable to the interests of
Keith Daley are 2,600,000 Shares (3.0% of the issued share capital of the
company) held as follows:
Personal Holding: 1,100,000 Shares
Specialist Holdings Limited Pension Plan 3: 1,350,000 Shares
Specialist Holdings Limited: 150,000 Shares
