ELEKTRON PLC
('Elektron' or the 'Company')
Share buy back from EBT
Elektron, the AIM quoted components group, announces that yesterday the Company
purchased 300,000 ordinary shares (the 'Shares') at a price of 13.25p through
the market from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ('EBT') for a total cost of
£39,750. These Shares will be cancelled. Following this above transaction, the
EBT will hold no Shares and therefore have no interest in the Company.
Following this transaction, re-purchased Shares will be cancelled from trading
on AIM and accordingly, the reduced issued share capital trading on AIM will
amount to 79,073,102 Shares.
