Significant Shareholder
The Company was informed on 20 September 2007 that on the previous day the
personal pension fund of Mr Andrew Perloff, purchased 840,909 Elektron ordinary
shares, resulting in a total holding at that date of 3,010,909 such shares. In
addition Panther Securities Plc, of which he is chairman and a major
shareholder, purchased 1,159,091 Elektron ordinary shares, resulting in a total
holding of 10,250,000 shares.
Mr Perloff also personally holds 2,000,000 shares.
Accordingly, Mr Andrew Perloff is interested in a total holding of 15,260,909
ordinary shares, or 17.60% of the Company's issued share capital.
