In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following: -
The Company's issued share capital as at the date of this announcement consisted of 150,157,451 ordinary 5p shares and, with no shares in Treasury, this too was the number of voting rights.
This figure of 150,157,451 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
