Readmission to Trading on the London Stock Exchange

Highlands Natural Resources plc, the London listed oil and gas company, is pleased to confirm that the Company's shares have today been readmitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority by way of a Standard Listing and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's ('LSE') Main Market for listed securities under the ticker 'HNR'.  This follows the publication of a prospectus on 29 January 2016 relating to the acquisition from Diversion Technologies LLC ("Diversion") of an interest in 75 per cent. of certain patent and know how rights associated with 'DT Ultravert', a well stimulation (fracking) diverter technology.

Highlands CEO Robert Price said, "Now that our shares are trading again following our acquisition of a majority stake in Diversion's technology we are excited for the months ahead as we set out to prove the significant potential of the DT Ultravert technology.  With endorsement from RPS estimating a NPV (10.5%) project value of US$58.3 million, we are eager to progress the work required to prove the potentially dramatic cost-savings for unconventional exploration and production via re-fracking using a diverter technology, particularly in the current oil price environment.  In line with our stated strategy we are also continuing our evaluation of additional low cost acquisition opportunities following our recent acquisition of the exploration lease located in the Williston Basin, North Dakota.  I would like to thank our shareholders for their patience in our readmission process and I look forward to providing further updates on our progress on all fronts at this exciting time for Highlands."
