Director / PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on the 9 April 2008 it granted Mr. Christopher Day, a
Director of Christie Group plc, a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares under the 2007
Company Share Option Plan, exercisable at a price of 113.5 pence per Ordinary
Share.
Following the grant of options Mr Day's beneficial holding remains at 581,068
Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.30 per cent of the
total voting rights of the Company. The total number of share options held by Mr
Day is 61,349 being 11,349 under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme and the
50,000 Ordinary Shares granted under the 2007 Company Share Option Plan.
