Christie announces today that 31,999 new Christie ordinary shares of 2p each
(the 'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted upon the exercise of
share options pursuant to the Christie Group plc Share Option Plan.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading
on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange. This is expected to be on 2
November 2006.
Following the admission to trading of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company will
have 25,198,384 ordinary shares of 2p each in issue.
