Board Change

Churchill  China plc announces the resignation  of  Simon
Bell,  Marketing  and Sales Director for  its  Dining  In
division,  who  has  left  the  Group  to  pursue   other
interests.

The Board would like to thank Simon for his work since he
joined  the  Group in 1992 and the energy  which  he  has
applied to his role.

No immediate appointment will be made to replace Simon on
the Group's board and his responsibilities will be shared
between  David  O'Connor, Group Operations  Director  and
Adrian Botterell, director of sales for the Dining-In 
division.
