BOARD CHANGE
Churchill China plc announces the resignation from the Company of Paul
Deighton, Group Production Director, on 6 June 2003. The process of change
within the Group's business over the last four years has led to significant
changes in the nature and scope of its' production operations. The move
announced today regrettably reflects these changes.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul for his many years
of valued service to the Group during which he has demonstrated considerable
commitment, skill and professionalism. We wish him well in his future career.
