DIRECTOR SHARE PURCHASE
In accordance with the requirements of the Companies Acts and the Transparency
Directive Mr A D Roper, a Director, has today notified the Company that on 29
November 2007 he purchased 2,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.02 per cent of
the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 294 pence. These shares
were purchased on behalf of Mr Roper's Children's trust and are not held
beneficially by Mr Roper.
As a result of this transaction Mr Roper is interested in a total of 864,930
shares representing 7.9 per cent of the voting share capital. Of this total,
662,430 shares are beneficial holdings and 202,500 are non-beneficial holdings.
These calculations are based on total voting share capital in the Company of
10,947,876.
