DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDINGS
In accordance with section 324 of the Company's Act 1985, as amended, the
following Director's share dealings were notified to the company today.
Mr JNE Sparey purchased, on 28 March 2003, 5,000 ordinary shares in the company,
representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital, at a price of 127p per
share. Following this purchase Mr Sparey has a beneficial interest in 15,000
shares representing 0.14 per cent. of the issued share capital.
Mrs JM Taylor, the wife of DJS Taylor, (the Company's finance director), on 28
March 2003, purchased 500 ordinary shares representing 0.01 per cent of the
issued share capital at 125p per share. following this purchase, Mr Taylor has
a beneficial interest in the 9,250 shares representing 0.09 per cent. of issued
share capital.
