Churchill China plc announces that today it has purchased a total of 15,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 277.5p each.

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.  Following the above purchase, the Company holds a total of 15,000 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has a total of 10,942,976 ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held in Treasury).
