Challenger Acquisitions Limited (LSE: CHAL) announces that the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting and related Form of Proxy ("Notice") together with the Annual Report, containing the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017, have been distributed to shareholders.  The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. local time on Friday 3 August 2017 at Giesshubelstrasse 40, Zurich, Switzerland, CH-8045.

A copy of the Annual Report and Notice will be available on the Company's website at: www.challengeracquisitions.com and an electronic version has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, which will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
