On 25 October 2022, WANdisco plc (LSE: WAND, the "Company" or "WANdisco"), the Live Data company, released 109,353 Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") under the Company's 2013 US Stock Plan (the "2013 Plan") to certain executive officers.  These officers have today sold a total of 94,153 ordinary shares in the Company at 460 pence per share.
