Director Change
Sheffield, UK - WANdisco (LSE: WAND), announces that Paul Harrison has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Company. Paul has been approached to become Chief Financial Officer of a group that does not compete with WANdisco and, after careful consideration, he has agreed to accept this new role.
It is anticipated that Paul will leave WANdisco at the end of September.
The Company has commenced a search process to recruit a new CFO and a further announcement regarding this will be made as and when appropriate.
Paul Walker, Non-executive Chairman of WANdisco, said:
"The Board would like to thank Paul for his contribution to WANdisco over the last three years. Paul joined us in 2013 and, since that time, has worked hard to establish financial disciplines that can support WANdisco as we scale and grow. He leaves us with increased financial strength and we all wish him well for his future career."
Paul Harrison commented:
"I came to WANdisco three years ago, keen to play my part in helping David and the team scale to match the opportunity open to us. I am proud of the team we have built and the disciplines we have introduced during those three years. I am confident that I leave the Company well positioned for continued success."
