Directors dealing following exercise of options
On 29 October 2014 Paul Harrison completed the exercise of 138,784 options over ordinary shares in WANdisco, and subsequent sale of 68,463 of these shares in order to fund the tax liability resulting from the exercise of options. The shares were sold at a volume-weighted average price of 401 pence per share.
These options were due to lapse on 15 March 2015. The permissible period for exercising the options ends on 31 December 2014, before the start of WANdisco's next closed period in advance of the announcement of 2014 financial results.
An award of additional options to Paul Harrison, first announced on 27 September 2013, has now been finalised at 140,061 share options with an exercise price of 10 pence per share.
As a result of these transactions and awards, Paul Harrison has an interest, through either share ownership or options, in 368,468 WANdisco shares, representing 1.3% of WANdisco's total share capital (including options).
