• Conifer Management is the investment manager of certain funds, which are the beneficial owners of shares in WANdisco plc.
• This TR1 disclosure relates to a passive dilution in the percentage of total voting rights held, resulting from an increase in the total voting rights of WANdisco plc as at 31 August 2022. The total number of shares owned by clients of Conifer Management has not changed.
• Conifer Management replaced Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb Inc. as investment manager of the clients. The clients' interests in WANdisco plc was originally disclosed by Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb Inc. in a TR1 submitted on 30 November 2017.
