Sheffield, UK - WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the leading provider of continuous availability software for global enterprises to meet the challenges of Big Data announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed by way of a poll. The results of the poll are shown below.
