Notification under Rule 5.6.1 Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules:
The Company's issued share capital at 30 December consisted of 37,067,641 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights admitted to trading. The Company holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 37,067,641. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
Of the total of 37,067,641 Ordinary Shares of ten pence each:
· 35,127,982 are admitted under ISIN JE00B6Y3DV84, ticker WAND; and
· 1,939,659 are Regulation S, Category 3, admitted under ISIN JE00BYPG6G89, ticker WAN2
