The Directors of Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC (' the Company') announce that
Mr Joachim Kundt, Executive Vice President for International Operations at
SIEMENS AG, has joined the Company's Board of Directors effective immediately.
Mr Kundt is responsible for SIEMENS operations in Africa, the Middle East and
CIS States.

Before assuming responsibilities as Executive Vice President for International
Operations, Mr Kundt was CEO of SIEMENS LLC in the lower Gulf States of the
Middle East, responsible for operations in the United Arab Emirates, Oman,
Qatar, Bahrain and Yemen.

Mr Kundt, aged 49, studied electrical engineering in Germany at Fachhochschule
Niederrhein, earning his Dipl-Ing in 1982 with expertise in Power Plant Control
and Automation. He also has expertise in nuclear power plant design and
microprocessor control systems.

In addition to his directorship with the Company, Mr Kundt serves on the Board
of Directors of SIEMENS affiliated companies, Siemens Ltd South Africa, Siemens
Ltd Israel and Siemens Ltd Saudi Arabia.

There is no further information to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
